This Agreement and the payments and performances hereunder are made solely to assist you with starting a Tax Preparation business and are not and shall not be construed to be legal advice, a guarantee generating immediate or future income, owning or operating a successful Tax Preparation business, or an admission of any liability on the part of  Fresh Start Business & Software Solutions, LLC.
